1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These terms and conditions set out the contractual terms in relation to the services provided to you by ThinkRoman Global Health ("we," "us," "our").

By making any inquiry or booking with ThinkRoman Global Health, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

If any information provided by or on behalf of ThinkRoman Global Health is inconsistent with these terms and conditions, then you agree that these terms and conditions prevail to the extent of any inconsistency.

"You" in the terms listed below refers to the patient directly or his/her relative/friend or anyone making the booking or payment on his/her behalf or accompanying the patient during his/her healthcare treatment in India.

2. SERVICES PROVIDED

ThinkRoman Global Health is registered in India and provides:

• Treatment Consultation, Planning & Facilitation Services: Preliminary consultation or medical opinion of healthcare providers for your medical condition, planning of your medical/travel/accommodation itinerary, and assistance in its execution.
• Treatment Booking Services: Booking healthcare treatments or procedures, including but not limited to dentistry, cardiology, neurology, orthopedic procedures, and other medical services.
• Accommodation Booking Services: Booking hotels, serviced apartments, or other accommodations for you.

3. IMPORTANT TERMS

Important Term: Other than providing information and expert opinions from third parties, introducing you to third-party providers, and making bookings, ThinkRoman Global Health does not itself provide any goods or services as a principal, agent, or subcontractor.

Important Term: All goods and services, including consultations, treatments, accommodations, and travel, are provided by third-party principals (who are not agents or subcontractors to ThinkRoman Global Health).

While we use our best endeavors to exercise reasonable care in the selection of the third parties introduced to you, ThinkRoman Global Health shall not be liable to you for any damages, loss, or injuries arising from or in relation to the goods or services provided by these third parties.

• (a) ThinkRoman Global Health's role is to introduce suppliers of goods and services to you and pass on their opinions "as is." We do not make any express or implied representation that any services or goods supplied by third parties will be fit for your required purpose or supplied with reasonable care and skill.
• (b) The services and goods provided by third parties are subject to their terms and conditions, which may include limitations of liability concerning death, personal injury, and loss or damage to property.

4. WARRANTIES

The information on our website and other communication channels is presented in summary form and is not exhaustive. ThinkRoman Global Health makes no warranties as to the accuracy or completeness of this information. It is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.

5. APPLICATION FOR TREATMENT/PROCEDURE

When you send an application via our website or request information by phone, our advisors will answer general questions about the procedures. Medical questions will be referred to healthcare professionals for their expert opinion.

We encourage you to ask as many questions as needed to clear all doubts. You may also request the direct number of the treating doctor to speak with them directly.

Important Term: Our case managers take precautions to pass on the information/opinions of healthcare professionals "as is." ThinkRoman Global Health cannot guarantee that consultations provided will suit your requirements and is not responsible if opinions provided via email differ from those during face-to-face consultations.

6. QUOTATIONS

The initial quotation provided is an estimate. The final amount will be confirmed after a personal consultation with the healthcare professional upon your arrival in India.

7. Items Included in the Quotation

• One healthcare provider consultation
• Services of the healthcare provider to carry out the treatment
• Specialist anesthesiologist services (if required)
• Post-treatment accommodation at the hospital for the required period
• Operation theater charges
• Immediate post-operative medication
• Post-operative consultation prior to departure
• Airport transfers
• One follow-up transfer after discharge

8. Items Not Included in the Quotation

• Additional medical expenses from unforeseen complications
• Travel or medical insurance
• Transfers for non-medical procedures
• Procedures not specified in the estimate
• Tours or outings
• Meals not specified
• Air tickets, taxes, or additional costs beyond our control

9. PRE-EXISTING DISEASES

Patients with known pre-existing conditions may be asked to make an extra deposit for specific analyses or for hiring specialized medical staff. This deposit will be reimbursed if no extra services are needed.

If a pre-existing condition is identified during medical studies, the patient will be informed and asked to pay a deposit for necessary analyses or specialized staff. Any unforeseen complications related to known or unknown conditions are the patient's responsibility.

10. UNFORESEEN COMPLICATIONS

If complications arise requiring additional interventions or extended hospitalization, the cost will be established and paid by you.

11. RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS

Full payment for accommodation, flights, and a non-refundable administrative fee must be made to secure bookings for healthcare procedures. The balance shall be paid directly to the healthcare provider before the procedure.

12. CANCELLATION OF SERVICES

Before Arrival in India: You may use the paid amount as credit for six months or transfer the payment to another patient as a new case.

After Arrival in India: If you or the healthcare provider decide not to proceed, the deposit paid for treatment will not be refundable.

13. INSURANCE

ThinkRoman Global Health does not provide insurance. We strongly recommend obtaining travel insurance to cover you against cancellation, medical expenses, theft, and other risks.

14. LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY

ThinkRoman Global Health only provides accommodation booking, healthcare treatment booking, and facilitation services. We are not responsible for the goods or services provided by third parties. Our role is to introduce suppliers, and the services are subject to the terms and limitations imposed by these third parties.

ThinkRoman Global Health does not accept liability for acts, omissions, or default of third-party providers. We do not provide medical advice, and you agree that no officer, employee, or director of ThinkRoman Global Health has provided medical advice in relation to any procedure.

15. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and your use of the Services are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within India.
