ThinkRoman Global Health Cancellation Policy

Before Arrival in India

If you decide to cancel your trip after paying the deposit or the total package cost, ThinkRoman Global Health offers the following options:

• Credit Option: You may use the amount paid as a credit at no interest. The credit will be valid for six months from the date of cancellation.
• Transfer of Payment: You may transfer the payment to another patient. ThinkRoman Global Health will treat this as a new case and determine a new procedure after consultation with the healthcare provider. A new quotation will apply for the new patient.

After Arrival in India

If, following the consultation, either the healthcare provider or you decide not to proceed with the treatment or procedure, the amount paid as a deposit towards the procedure will not be refundable under any circumstances. The cancellation of any hotel, serviced apartment, or other third-party goods or services booked will be subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service provider.

Booking of Tours / Return After Treatment

ThinkRoman Global Health will provide you with the recovery timeline as advised by your healthcare provider. Please understand that recovery is highly individual and can vary significantly. There may be variations from the timelines specified in your itinerary. It is possible that you may need to change your return dates. If you plan to book any expensive tours after your procedure, we strongly recommend obtaining travel insurance to cover the tour cost.

Important Terms

When booking your healthcare procedure and associated travel, it is important to understand that the dates for consultations, procedures, and recovery times outlined in your itinerary may vary due to factors such as your individual recovery. You acknowledge and agree that ThinkRoman Global Health cannot be held responsible for any changes in travel plans, including but not limited to changing the dates of your return ticket or post-treatment tours, or canceling your tour entirely.

Variation in Booking

After paying your deposit, you may amend your travel dates, subject to any surcharge or fee imposed by hotels, serviced apartments, flights, tour operators, or any third-party provider.

For deposits made towards healthcare treatments or procedures, ThinkRoman Global Health will hold the amount paid as a credit (with no interest) in your name, which can be used within six months of the payment date. The credit will expire after six months. At the time of your revised travel to India, a new cost estimate will be provided, which will override any previous estimates shared with you.
